We had no idea what we were looking for when we started working with Rebecca nor did we understand the different characteristics of different neighbourhoods in Toronto (coming from Montreal). All we knew was that we wanted a condo, and had a certain budget to work within. Rebecca went to great lengths to better understand our needs and what area we would be best suited for. One of her recommendations was the High Park area which suited our love for the outdoors and dogs! After much research into the resale market we realized that we wanted to tailor the unit to suit us. We found Daniels High Park which was a year away from occupancy.
