Once the sale had gone through, she did not abandon me! Instead she recommended contractors for me to use for renos and even helped coordinate them having access to my unit while I was stuck at work! The contractors recommended by Rebecca were efficient and did great work. When I discovered that the previous owner had left a lock on my storage locker, Rebecca quickly arranged to have the lock broken and advocated for the previous owner to pay me for the trouble! If that wasn’t enough, when I moved in my first housewarming gift was from Rebecca!
In a cut throat and over-saturated market such as Toronto, Rebecca was a godsend. She made the whole process of purchasing my first property a breeze and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends.
